Skyway – Interactive ArchViz Unreal Engine

This project involved the development of an interactive architectural visualization tool for the real estate company Narváez. The goal was to present the Skyway residential complex in a realistic and functional way through a real-time walk-through experience.

The work was carried out in collaboration with a team. I was responsible for most of the modeling of the main structure, working in Maya based on technical blueprints, and creating a precise and optimized mesh for its integration into Unreal Engine.

The tool allows users to explore the environment in real time, navigate through the design, interact with the space, and experience a smooth and intuitive walk-through aimed at clients and presentations.
